Buffalo Mozzarella served over fig jam & prosciutto with

roasted cherry tomatoes & a drizzle of honey

Tossed in a sweet & sour glaze with hot cherry peppers

Served with a side of asparagus & baked potato.

Boneless chicken breast rolled in Virginia ham, Swiss cheese & spinach in a pesto sage marsala sauce with mushrooms

Roasted rack of lamb blueberry reduction topped with sautéed oyster mushrooms

Layered with assorted roasted vegetables & a bechamel sauce

Served over a Parmigianino risotto with oyster mushrooms, smoked bacon, baby spinach & fresh chives
